Arnaud is BB&A's operations director. Trained as as a mechanical engineer, he is an operation manager and strategist with experience in various industries—including energy, management consulting and higher education—in several countries.

Prior to joining Beth Beloff & Associates, Arnaud was the graduate dean of the University of Monterrey, a leading Mexican university. During his tenure, the graduate programs improved significantly in quality, financial performance and outreach. At UDEM, Arnaud was also a professor of engineering with an interest in developing analytical frameworks for solving complex business problems. Further he served as the director of the center for educational technology, fostering the use of technology to improve teaching quality.

Prior to UDEM, Arnaud was a strategy consultant with Accenture, where he helped clients in the energy and services industries.

From his multi-industry experience, Arnaud brings extensive insight in reconciling business and nonprofit objectives, insight that he is applying to find an optimal balance of the triple bottomline for each organization.

Arnaud holds a BS and a ME from the Université de Versailles and a MS and a PhD from Rice University, all in mechanical engineering. He is fluent in French, English and Spanish.
